CME Credits Pass Book
Instructions
- This pass book shall be kept under safe custody.
- It shall be the responsibility of the doctor and organizing secretary of the CME to keep this pass book uptodate.
- Programme accredited by the Delhi Medical Council shall only be eligible for credit hours to the extent accredited by the Council.
